"Dave did A LOT of work in my small commercial building. Some highlights were converting existing bathrooms to ADA accessible, restructuring the dilapidated roof which was completely removed and reframed and now equipped with an exterior drainage system as well as drawing up floor plans to convert the rear storage warehouse into a fully functioning workshop, store and office area. Dave was patient and listened to all of my requirements. He asked questions and made professional suggestions. He did such quality work, that I also recommended him to the contractor who renovated the front of the building from an old doctor’s office into a clean and bright chiropractic office which now has a TOTALLY different floor plan. All work was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend DB Andriola."
